(PresseBox) (Vancouver, Canada) Tier 1 silver (TSXV: TSLV, OTCQB: TSLVF) (“Tier One” or the “Company” – https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/tier-one-silver-inc/) is pleased to announce that the company has commenced surface exploration on its 31,503 acre Hurricane Silver project in the south Peru, about 66 kilometers (km) north of the city of Cusco (Figure 1). The Company has signed a two-year joint venture agreement that will provide surface access to the Magdalena silver district and half of the Pampayeoc silver district and allow drilling once final approval from the Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mining (Figure 2). The Magdalena and Pampayeoc exploration areas are characterized by historic mining tunnels and numerous high-grade silver deposits, including the following chip sampling results collected by the previous operator: 1.4 meters (m) with 1,175 g / t silver, 2.1 meters with 792 g / t silver, 2.5 m 589 g / t silver and 14 m 100 g / t silver.

A message from Peter Dembicki, President, CEO & Director:

“We are very excited to start working at Hurricane Silver, a second major silver discovery opportunity in Peru. This project is still in the early stages, but, similar to Curibaya, has proven grades and thicknesses in several rock and chip samples – the characteristics of a potentially important system. “

“In Curibaya, we have completed our fifth hole and we plan to complete eight more holes by the end of the year. We look forward to a continued flow of drill results in the months ahead, in addition to additional surface results as we have not yet done so.” identified the limits of the silver system. Together, we believe that the Curibaya and Hurricane silver projects represent several world-class silver discovery opportunities. “

Exploration plan:

The property is considered to be severely under-explored due to the lack of systematic exploration on the Magdalena and Pampayeoc properties. The Company plans to conduct geological mapping and rock sampling focusing on the 1.5 km Magdalena Vein System to determine the grade and width of the exposed veins with additional soil sampling to determine the mineralized footprint beneath the ground and glacial cover determine. After this first round of surface work, ground based geophysical surveys will be conducted to clearly define drill targets for the Company to apply for a drilling permit in the first quarter of 2022.

Warning about the historical gripper, Chip samples and related matters

The historical grave and chip samples from the Hurricane project were collected by Compania de Exploraciones Orion SAC (2007-2009), a Pembrook copper and have been included in a database obtained in connection with the transaction. Given the time interval, Tier 1 silver did not assess the validity of the QA / QC protocols that were followed in collecting these samples. Accordingly, readers are cautioned not to rely on the accuracy or repeatability of this sampling. The sampling is of very limited geological importance and is only used to develop a methodical exploration program with geochemical, geophysical and ultimately diamond core drilling. There is no known mineral resource of economic interest on the Hurricane Silver Project.

The historical grave and chip samples from the Hurricane Silver project were collected by Compania de Exploraciones Orion SAC (2007-2009). Tier One checked approximately 5% of the analytical data entries for the provided rock sample database with the signed PDF certificates of analysis from the years 2007, 2008 and 2009. No errors in the data entry were found. Tier One believes the rock database provided is of good quality.

Grab and Chip samples

Tier One conducted a three day field visit to visually confirm the presence of mineralized outcrops that had been reported in the past, completing the sampling. Approximately 3-5 kg of material was collected and sent on for analysis. sent ALS laboratory in Lima, Peru for preparation and analysis. All samples were tested using a fire assay with a nominal weight of 30 g. Platinum and palladium were analyzed by ICP and MS (PGM-MS23); Gold was analyzed by ICP and AES finish (Au-ICP21), for samples with a content of more than 10 ppm from ICP21 the analysis was repeated with a fire assay with a nominal weight of 30 g with a gravimetric finish (Au-GRA21). Silver and base metals were analyzed as part of the multi-element package (ME-MS41) or except for traces in the 36-multi-element package (ME-ICP41 (-GRA21). If the MS41, ICP41 results were greater than 10,000 ppm Cu, 10,000 ppm Zn, 10,000 ppm Pb, or 100 ppm Ag, the test was stopped with an AA-terminated aqua regia digestion (Cu-AA46; Zn-AA46; Pb-AA46; Ag-AA46 or).
